About the Conference
Asia Pacific Academy of Materials (APAM), in close cooperation with concerned national and international bodies, and with governmental agencies and private institutions, seek to increase awareness and expertise in scientific and technical knowledge for sustainable development and use of materials. APAM held several conferences and seminars in various countries and regions in last 27 years.
The Congress of Asia Pacific Academy of Materials 2019 is scheduled to be held on November 15-18, 2019 in Guangzhou, China. We hope that the events of the Congress will contribute to the professional advancement of the participants.

Working Language
English is the working language. Presentations both in oral and poster sessions will be given in English.
Submission of Abstract
Participants who are willing to contribute papers to the congress in either oral or poster can send an English abstract (250 words min. & one page max.) to the website http://congress2019.apam-mat.net or the e-mail apam@imr.ac.cn. Please specify your presentation preference (oral presentation or poster) at the end of the abstract to arrange the preliminary program.
Registration
Registration will be accepted on a registration page of the website of the congress that will be opened on August 12, 2019. It is also accepted by the e-mail. Please complete the registration form in the attachment and email it to apam@imr.ac.cn.
Registration Fee
Early-bird registration: 400 USD (2700 RMB)
Late registration: 480 USD (3300 RMB)
Students: 200 USD (1300 RMB)
Registration fee includes participation in all technical sessions, an abstract book with program, a welcome reception, a banquet and coffee breaks. Accommodation fee is not included in the registration fee.
