N Z Lyakhov is a specialist in the field of heterogeneous kinetics of solid-phase reactions.
Main research interests are solid chemistry, mechanochemistry, materials science, as well as the use of diffractometry of synchrotron radiation with high temporal resolution to the study of fast reactions involving solids (including combustion and explosion).
