Specialist in semiconductor silicon technology, the use of single crystals with a complex of special properties when creating various classes of semiconductor devices and integrated circuits. The author of more than 200 scientific papers, including 16 copyright certificates and patents. Member of Section VII "Semiconductor Materials" of the Scientific Council on the problem "Physics of semiconductors and semiconductor devices" at the Division of Physics and Astronomy of the NAS of Ukraine.
Field of interest: semiconductor silicon materials science, the relationship of the processes of interaction of impurities and defects with the properties of single crystals, especially the use of crystalline silicon in semiconductor instrument making.
